FICS Announces Recent Roster of New Commercial Servicer Customers
DALLAS Oct. 2, 2002 - Financial Industry Computer Systems, Inc. (FICS), a mortgage technology specialist that provides in-house commercial servicing technology to the mortgage industry, announced today its year-to-date list of new customers for its in-house commercial mortgage loan servicing system, Commercial Servicer.
The partial list of new customers for 2002 includes: Gershman Investment (St. Louis, Mo.), Suburban Mortgage (Bethesda, Md.), Maxximum Mortgage Financial Services, Inc. (Denver, Colo.), Prudential Asset Resources (Dallas, Tx.), PW Funding (Mineola, NY), Related Capital Company (New York, NY), Cambridge Realty Capital, Ltd. (Chicago, Ill.), LNR Property Corp. (Miami, Fla.), Missoula Federal Credit Union (Missoula, Mont.), Glaser Financial Group, Inc. (St. Paul, Minn.), First Housing (Tampa, Fla.) and OSU Federal Credit Union (Corvallis, Ore.).
"It is evident in looking at Commercial Servicer that it is designed with mortgage professionals unique needs in mind," said Carolyn Nelson, owner of Maxximum Mortgage Financial Services, Inc. "The tracking categories that are built into the system significantly streamline our processes by enabling our staff to quickly pull up separate reports, and even information on separate properties, for the twelve different companies that we service loans for."
FICS' Commercial Servicer provides users with complete control over their commercial loan data and management of the system as well as the ability to post payments in real-time, run reports on demand, provide immediate escrow analysis and quote payoffs on request. Built from the "ground-up", the system's 32-bit client/server application provides ODBC (Open Database Connectivity) relational databases, providing lenders with quick access to mortgage loan data and the ability for that data to work with supporting applications with the touch of a mouse.
"I believe that the success that we have had in signing on new Commercial Servicer customers this year is a direct reflection on the design principles that have been incorporated into the system," said Dawn Gibbs, president and CEO of Financial Industry Computer Systems, Inc. "Commercial Servicer enables our customers to effectively control their commercial loan data and successfully integrate that data with other applications through a cost-effective, flexible system."
