FICS Enhances Customer Training Through Innovative Webinar Series

- One-hour “mini classes” effectively supplement systems education -

DALLAS, Aug. 19, 2009 – Financial Industry Computer Systems, Inc. (FICS), a mortgage technology specialist that provides in-house residential origination and servicing technology and commercial servicing technology to the mortgage industry, announced that it is providing an interactive series of training Webinars to customers of its LoanWare solution suite.

Through the targeted content of the Webinars, FICS’ customers have greater flexibility to attend and participate in training sessions that best fit their individual budgets, schedules and task requirements. FICS introduced its new Webinar series in conjunction with its annual user’s conference in April, and sessions designed for users of FICS’ Mortgage Servicer, Commercial Servicer and Loan Producer, as well as ones dedicated to Crystal Reports and BusinessObjects Enterprise Professional, began in May and are scheduled throughout each month. The most popular Webinar topics so far have focused on escrow, delinquencies, investor reporting and report writing.
